Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Processing)

Due to international logistics and carrier handling times, delivery may take up to 21 business days depending on destination:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & Rest of World: 12–21 business days

Important: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or external logistics factors.

Shipping Notes

  • Shipping time does not include the 1–3 business day processing period.

  • Orders may arrive earlier than stated.

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost to ensure faster fulfilment.

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested before dispatch.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If an error occurs on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

  • Arsect is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses.

Customs & Duties

  • Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

  • Import duties or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Arsect is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
