Thank you for shopping with Arsect. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund and return policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at arsectapparel@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
